Recently, our factory’s complete set of fully automated nut coating processing equipment was successfully installed and commissioned, and officially put into continuous production at a large food processing plant in Colombia. The entire set of equipment is operating stably and has received high praise from the client.
The delivered fully automated coating machine production line features a food-grade stainless steel body, a climbing conveyor feeding system, and an intelligent integrated coating and mixing host. The entire production process is automated, requiring minimal manual intervention, significantly improving the client’s production efficiency, while strictly complying with South American food hygiene production standards.
From equipment arrival, pipeline connection, and machine commissioning to batch trial production, our overseas technical team provided on-site installation guidance throughout the entire process. Photos from the workshop show the entire production line has a neat layout and operates smoothly. Several of the client’s production and technical managers observed the equipment’s operation and gave full affirmation to the equipment’s level of automation, product uniformity, and stable production capacity.
Colombia is located in the core area of South American nut processing, and the local demand for nut snacks and nut sauces continues to grow. The successful implementation of this fully automated coating production line marks another benchmark case for our food processing equipment in the South American market, and also accumulates mature project experience for future expansion into Latin American markets such as Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador.
In addition, we provide customized solutions for clients in different regions, offering one-stop services including on-site installation, after-sales maintenance, and process support, helping more overseas food companies achieve automation upgrades.
