Multifunctional nut oven has been successfully installed and put into stable production at a food factory in Brazil

Recently, our customized continuous multi-functional roasting oven was successfully commissioned and put into mass production at the workshop of a large nut processing client in Indonesia. On-site footage shows the equipment continuously and stably roasting nuts. The client’s technical team observed and inspected the entire process, giving high praise to the roasting uniformity and temperature control accuracy.

This multi-functional oven is constructed entirely of food-grade 304 stainless steel. Its multi-layer mesh belt continuous roasting design is suitable for drying and roasting various nuts such as peanuts, cashews, almonds, and oats. The independent zone temperature control system allows for precise temperature adjustment in each zone, and the hot air circulation structure ensures even heating of the nuts, resulting in uniform color and significantly reducing labor costs. Its production capacity meets the needs of large-scale snack production in Brazil.

The equipment features a convenient door for easy maintenance and inspection. Our technical staff remotely coordinated the process plan beforehand, and after the equipment arrived at the factory, they assisted the client in completing the entire process of installation, trial roasting, and parameter debugging, quickly achieving full-capacity production.

Indonesia is a core market for nut processing in Southeast Asia, with local demand for nut snacks and nut butters continuing to rise. The successful commissioning of this roasting equipment marks another successful implementation of our roasting equipment in Indonesia, further solidifying our brand reputation in the Southeast Asian market. Moving forward, we will continue to optimize our roasting equipment solutions for the characteristics of Southeast Asian nut raw materials, providing a one-stop solution for complete production lines encompassing roasting, peeling, coating, and grinding, helping more overseas food manufacturers upgrade their automation systems.
