The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel in one piece, meeting food-grade production standards. It is corrosion-resistant, resistant to nut oil oxidation, easy to clean, and has no dead corners for dirt accumulation, making it suitable for cleanroom production of nut products.
The entire process is a continuous production line, integrating automatic feeding, constant-temperature frying, and automatic discharging, requiring no manual intervention. It is suitable for large-scale processing of peanuts, cashews, almonds, and other nuts.
The variable frequency speed-regulating conveyor belt allows for precise adjustment of frying time, adapting to different nut types and varying crispness requirements.
The waterproof electrical control unit has an external, independent control box, located away from the high-temperature oil area, ensuring safe operation. Parameters can be stored with one click, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments to temperature and speed when changing products.
